Lizzy received a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a COAMFTE-accredited program. Lizzy holds a T-LMFT as she works toward sitting for the AMFTRB exam this summer. Lizzy received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Wichita State University.

Lizzy believes in accessible mental healthcare and is inspired by hope and vulnerability. She aims to create a warm, open, and empathetic environment to help clients identify and increase their mental and emotional strengths to promote healing, balance, and growth. Lizzy provides therapeutic services to adult individuals and couples from a systemic perspective and believes that clients should have an active voice in their treatment process.         

In her free time, Lizzy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music and podcasts, reading, and all things Taylor Swift.
