She has also counseled individuals and families in pursuit of relief from various emotional, behavioral, and health struggles. Bre uses multiple treatment modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is a unique approach to psychotherapy in treating PTSD and other various mental health needs.

Bre has extensive experience working with caregivers and the elderly population. Bre brings her 10 years of experience in the field of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. She understands the challenges that come along with a chronic diagnosis, navigating the diagnosis, health issues, and the stigma that comes along with a chronic diagnosis. Bre also understands the challenges that caregiving can bring in any aspect of the journey and will help guide you on your journey to care for yourself.

Navigating life's challenges can often feel like an overwhelming journey, and it is during these moments that having a helping hand to guide you can make all the difference. Her belief is that seeking support is an act of courage, and is here to offer you a safe space to explore, heal, and grow.
