Aubony is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor living in the Kansas City area. She is an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and a certified end-of-life doula. Aubony specializes in trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief & loss, and addictions. Aubony works with adults ages 18 and older. Using a person-centered approach, Aubony utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems therapy to help clients heal with a bottom-up approach.
